Just noticed something in the latest newsletter. www.wikiaoc.com got a plug for a fansite and .. yeah. Shouldn't we all be under one banner rather than have 2 different areas being updated? Daworm 00:40, 30 June 2007 (UTC)

I agree that it isn't nessecary with several wikis. The wikis started intependently of each other, not knowing that the other one existed (or at least, AoCWiki didn't know about WikiAoC). I don't mind being "under the same banner", but I think it should be under Wikia, since they provide such a great service I don't see why the AoC community shouldn't use it. I know, I doubt they'll join Wikia, but since we definately have more content, and we have more really active contributors like yourself, I believe that this wiki will come out on top as the source of information for Age of Conan. Sorry. Nothing is in store except that I got a Wikia friend - you, by doing that edit: it was a plain mistake dome mechanically under the impression that I was doing it in German wikia. Thanks mate :) Still new here, wasn't aware the template was editable - still kind of getting used to the system and all. Glad to be here and I think I will stick around, I'm in the same guild as Daworm (primal Fury) so I'm quite locked in to the Age of Conan community. Feel free to edit this out when you see it.

Hi Zido. I'm Christian from Wikia and I'm going to work on translating the AOC Monobook skin to a Monaco version. The current Monobook version is awesome, so I want to try to keep it as close to exactly the same as possible. I wondered if you have a higher resolution version of the top banner. I added our guild today, and we are on RP-PvE. But there is no search on that category. Server is EU English Hyrkania. (On the offical forums all servers are named PvE-RP, PvP-RP as well.)

Hello,

Funcom has listed Conan Hyborian Adventures.com in their list of fansites and I ask you to please include ConanHyborianAdventures.com on aoc wikia as well.

The site has new content being updated daily, but it has helpful reviews on compatible video cards and system requirements. It will soon feature custom computers for AoC and computer upgrades.

Hi Zido. If you check my contribs, you'll see that when I added the links to the sidebar (as part of a partership deal with Killer Guides), I contacted Kadaan (the active admin at the time) to let him know about it. I also stated that if the community didn't want the links displayed, they could be removed. Since this is the first time anyone has contacted me to complain, I just deleted the links.
