A Trainer is an NPC that can reset your feats for an ever increasing fee. Abilities are now removed from your bars upon the reset.
This NPC can be found in every hub after Tortage, which are Old Tarantia, Khemi and Conarch Village. There was a Feat fixer in Tortage, but this was removed on May 24 2008.
