Shukeli

Shukeli is the chief prison guard of Tsotha-lanti, guarding the dungeon beneath the Scarlet Citadel. He's known to be extremely cruel, enjoying torturing people. He was killed by Conan when diabling him from escaping from the Halls of Horror. He was later reanimated by the wizard Pelias to open the grille that let Conan and Pelias escape from the halls.
