Proxima, a Resistance member, asked me to bring poisonous extract to the Red Hand Sergeant, and let him believe it is for healing his men. I can find suitable snakes and scorpions in the Coastal Cave at the end of the path going by the lighthouse.

The monsters in the cave are mostly level 11s, and not too bad to kill; they deal low damage and it is easy to avoid adds. The Coastal Cave is located just south of the lighthouse - if you want to avoid fighting your way down there you can swim down, there is a place to get out of the water at the cave entrance. A few steps into the cave and you will find a fork in the path. Stick to the right for snakes, at the end of the tunnel is another fork in the path; the right leading to a boss snake, and the left leading to scorpions. The left path has only spiders at first, but eventually yields scorpions. The left path also leads to a large chamber with a ghost boss. The ghost boss drops the third piece of Kira's seal for the Ruins and Demise quest chain.

I extracted poison from snakes and scorpions as Proxima of the Resistance asked me to. I have to deliver it to the Red Hand Sergeant in Barrack's Square and pretend it has healing abilities.
