Tina says I should find Arias - an agent of King Conan - down in the harbor, making sure he meets her little brother Si-Khu. I need to locate the old man and follow him without being seen, as Tina suspects something is going to happen to him. She told me to seek him at the harbor behind the Rum 'n Rumble inn.

I must refresh my lost skills of hiding in the dark.

Tina suspects Quesado to be involved in Arias' kidnapping. She wants me to work on my climbing and spying skills by climbing rooftops and listening in on Quesado's meeting with his informant. They are supposed to meet somewhere further down the narrow streets of Tortage. Quesado usually brings his men, so I better be careful. I must climb the rooftops from the Noble district, and find a good spot to listen in on the conversation.
