Rulvio, an Argossian working for Esperan, wants me to enter a nearby frost giant camp and find evidence that the giants have been preying on travelers passing through Atzel's territory. The filthy giants like to keep human body parts till they soften and rot, to enhance the flavor. Rulvio wants me to get evidence of these dead travelers. This should help scupper any kind of pact between the bandits and giants. I know at least some of the giants will be carrying evidence.

Rulvio, one of Esperan's agents, asked me to enter the nearby frost giant camp and find evidence that the giants have been preying on travelers. I found half-eaten human heads on some of the giants. I should be careful; it seems I have alerted the giants.
I must return this evidence to Rulvio, I can find him on the east side of Blood bridge.
