The Thirsty Dog Inn has been robbed by Strom's Red Hand Guards once again. Alyssa has asked me to make a deal with one of the guards in Barrack's Square, to try and get some of it back.

One of Strom's Red Hand guards has promised to give me the ale stolen from the Thirsty Dog Inn if I collect some valuable Sparkling Blue Stones in exchange. The stones are evidently carried by the Picts of White Sands Isle.
