Laranga is worried about members of the resistance disappearing from the city. An agent sent to search White Sands Isle for the missing resistance members returned with a vine clutched in his hand and spoke of a malice-filled mansion on the island before he died. Laranga suggests I take the Plant Vine to Ninus over by the Mitra temple to see what he can tell me about it before I go to White Sands Isle.
