The old fisherman Skeggi asked me to help clean up the beach on White Sands Isle by killing a number of Picts. He is hoping the blockade will be over in the near future, and is eager to get back to his favorite fishing spot. I can reach White Sands Isle by using the rowboat in the north of the harbor.
