A new manifestation, Rabies which inflicts lingering poison damage upon all nearby enemies.
16-18 damage every second to all enemies around you. Apparently, the damage does not scale with level.
Apparently, very good for unstealthing in PVP.
Regarded as a good PVE grinding feat, especially when you first get it, but by level 80 the damage is tiny.
