A noblewoman in the Barrack Square told me her household slaves joined a gang of violent pirates after they robbed her mansion. The bitter woman, called Junia, will reward me if I kill them. They are camping in the Noble district, to the south inside the city. She warned me to be careful, as the Red Hand guards seem to be protecting them.
