Help:Guild page

This article contains information about how you can add your guild to AoCWiki. If you follow this guilde we will have a more general setup for guildinformation, and it will be easier to search through the different guilds. You do not have to add all these sections to your guild page, and you are welcome to add some that are not listed here if you want, but please do not add a full roster to your guild page.

You can easily add your guild to the wiki simply by adding your guildname to the end of the inputbox and click create. You will have a template preloaded so you just have to fill in your guilds information:

[edit] Template

Adding the template makes important information about your guild more easily accessible. Add this template to the top of your guildpage. You add the template by using the following code:

use of server and realm auto-categories you to the following categories.

Please be sure to put only one entry in server:

• PvP Guilds
• RP-PvP Guilds
• PvE Guilds
• Realm Guilds

Please make sure you use the correct case for the realmname and server type, i.e. PvP not PVP and Fury not FURY.

If your guild doesn't have one of these fields (such as forums, a website or a spesific timezone) you can just remove that line, and it won't be displayed in the template. The only required field is name.

[edit] Banners

• You may include a banner image for your guild if you wish, please upload it with the name of your guild.
• Include the {{Guild}} template at the end of your page. It looks like below:

This is important to indicate that this is not a general part of the game or lore. It also adds your guild to the guilds category.

• If your guild does not use English as your primary language, you can also add your guild to this page
