About us

Who Are We?

As a group of friends playing World of Warcraft out of the greater Toronto area in Ontario, Canada. We have decided to start spending our time on a new game, Age of Conan.

What is our goal?

Our mission is to achieve as much as we can on our server to become one of the top guilds. We have experienced managing a guild before, and look forward to becoming a big part of our server. We will strive to be one of the first guilds to create a player owned city. If being one of the first founders of a guild city is something you look forward to please apply immediately.

What is our playstyle?

We will be playing on a PvP server post launch date. PvP is something that we enjoy, whether it be mini-games or world. We will need to have dedicated players who have downloaded the new Ventrilo client so that we will be quick and effective in all aspects of PvP. Depending on in game play after launch, we will be implementing something called a "Warband." Warbands are comprised of 23 guild members and equally assorted classes. Each warband's 24th member (completing full raid group) will be comprised of a guild officer. We think this will benefit the guild in many aspects of the game most importantly organization, example: Our battlekeep is under attack, my first duty is to group with all other players in my warband and connect to ventrilo.

Am I what you are looking for?

We are looking for active players, we will be housecleaning anyone that has not been on for a while. We will allow alts in the guild though, in fact they are encouraged for switching out when that healer isn't logged in on time. Alts will unfortunately not allowed to be assigned to warbands, though when they are needed, consider them vip.

How experienced are you guys?

FORGE was created this year in the spring. We have been in many other guilds and thought we would try our hand at leading for a change. Some MMO experience we have attained has been from, Ultima Online, Star Wars Galaxies, Dark Age of Camelot, Guildwars, Dungeons and Dragons: Stormreach, Lord of the Rings: Online, World of Warcraft, City of Heroes/Villains.
