This tool is a pre Launcher for AoC it simply execute a DirectX Call "timeBeginPeriod(1);" many FPS player know the trick to improve Framerate by opening Windows Media Player and let it active in background.
This tool actual do exactly the same effect but without wasting Resources to the Mediaplayer.
