Fha´quth is a humanoid plant-demon seemingly worshipped by the Picts. Later ingame hints point towards Fha´guth being one of many spawns created by the Sorceress Mithrelle.
After stumbling on Saddur, the Stygian slavetrader who held you captive, he gives you hints of it being in possession of a key needed for you to continue your treck to Tortage City. After saddurs death and the slaying of a tribe of Pict worshippers, Fha´quth and its 4 guardians stand between you and the key.
