General Edit

The feat tree common to all classes of the Soldier archetype - Conquerors, Dark Templars and Guardians. The Soldier feat tree is designed for a generic tanking class, equipped with taunts and self-buffs to increase the user's tanking ability.

Feat Ranks Tier Requirements Description
Recovery 5 1 At least Level 10. Increases the soldier's rate of life regeneration both in and out of combat. The effect is greatly increased when the soldier is out of combat.
Stone Skin 5 2 5 ranks purchased, Lvl 15 Increases the soldier's Protection, reducing the damage taken from magical attacks.
Improved Frenzy Stance 5 2 5 ranks purchased, Lvl 15 Increases the weapon damage benfit the soldier recieves while in Frenzy Stance by 3% and the magic damage modifier benfit by 1%. The effect of the benfit increases with the amount of points put into the feat.
Hateful Strikes 3 2 5 ranks purchased, Lvl 15 Grants an ability that increases the hate generated by the soldier's attacks by 5% for a short period.
Goad 1 2 5 ranks purchased, Lvl 15 The soldier's derisory insults incenses the target, making it (singular) attack the soldier and ignore other threats.
Improved Defensive Stance 5 2 5 ranks purchased, Lvl 15 Increases the damage mitigation benefit the soldier recieves while in Defensive Stance by 3%. The effect of the benfit increases with the amount of points put into the feat.
Iron Skin 5 2 5 ranks purchased, Lvl 15 Increases the soldiers armor.
Burning Vigor 3 3 10 ranks purchased, Lvl 20 The soldier has a 3% chance of gaining a surge of health whenever they are damaged by sorcery.
Sustained Rage 5 3 10 ranks purchased, Lvl 20 Increases the damage done by the soldier's attacks.
Counterstrike Stance 3 3 10 ranks purchased, Lvl 20 Augments Defensive Stance with a damage shield so any enemy striking this shield takes damage. Extra feat points invested increase the damage inflicted.
Surging Health 3 3

10 ranks purchased, Lvl 20

The soldier has a 2% chance of gaining a surge of health whenever the soldier is physically struck in combat.
Guarded Frenzy 3 4 15 ranks purchased, Lvl 25 Permanently decreases the defensive penalty incurred during Frenzy Stance by 3%.
Cunning Deflection 1 4 15 ranks purchased, Lvl 25 This ability affects the next attack against the soldier and all subsequent attacks made within 1 second of the initial attack, reducing the damage by 50% and inflicting damage back upon the attacker.
Anticipation 1 4 15 ranks purchased, Lvl 25 The soldier prepares to counterattack incoming blows. When in defensive stance they have a high chance of automatically retaliating against enemy attacks.
Lifesaver 3 4 15 ranks purchased, Lvl 25 Adds life regeneration to soldier's Defensive Stance.
Volcanic Rage 1 5 20 ranks purchased, Lvl 30 The soldier unleashes their fury, increasing the damage inflicted by their attacks for a short time.
Goad Mob 1 5 20 ranks purchased, Lvl 30 Grants an ability that forces nearby enemies that the soldier has already attacked or consider the soldier a threat to immediately engage the warrior. Most useful in massed battle.
Improved Goad Mob 1 5 20 ranks purchased, Lvl 30 Substantially increases the area of effect of the soldiers Goad Mob ability, which draws attackers to them in battle and locks them into combat.

JuggernautEdit

This feat tree focuses on the Guardians tanking capabilities.

Feat Ranks Tier Reqiurements Description
Toughness Increases 5 1 - Increases the guardians invulnerability rating and Health regeneration rate.
Weapon Master 5 2 - Increases the damage inflicted with one-handed edged and one handed blunt weapons.
Savage Counterstrike 5 2 - Increases all retaliatory damage done by guardian's Counterstrike combos
Battle Cry 3 3 - Grants a special ability that increases the stamina regeneration rate for all team members.
Ardent Battle Cry 3 3 [Battle Cry] Augments the Battle Cry ability with a team-wide damage bonus on attacks.
Bleeding Counterstrike 3 3 - Improves the Counterstrike combo. Injuries caused by soldier's counter-attacks bleed for a short time.
Morale Boost 5 4 - Augments the Plexus Strike combo by increasing the stamina levels of all team members.
Momentum 5 4 - Increases the damage you inflict when using any of charge abilities. Reduces the cool of all charge abilities.
Bleeding Dulling Blow 5 4 - Improves the Dulling Blow combo with a bleeding wound that damages the target over a short time.
Readiness 5 5 - Increases the rate of all one-handed weapon combos, reducing the time between uses.
Combo-Shield Charge 1 5 - A charge attack which stuns the target.
Improve Shield Bash 3 5 - Improves the Shield Sweep combo by adding a snare effect, reducing the movement speed of target.
Swift Overreach 5 6 - Increases the rate of the Overreach combos, reducing the time between uses.
Brutal Overreach 1 6 [Swift Overreach] Improves the Overreach combo by increasing the chance of inflicting a critical injury.
Stand your Ground 1 6 - Makes all team members less susceptible to knock-back effects but reduces their movement.
Forced March 1 6 [Stand your Ground] Improves the Stand your Ground feat by removing the movement speed penalty.
Improved Dulling Blow 5 6 - Augments the Dulling Blow Combo with an increased chance of blocking enemy strikes for a short time afterwards.
Bloody Vengeance 5 7 - This Quick combo depends on the soldier's Vengeance counter, doing more damage and reducing the reuse time the higher the Vengeance counter.
Drive Them Back 2 7 [Forced March] Augments the Stand Your Ground ability by giving the strikes of all team members a chance to knock-back their enemies.
Intervene 5 7 - Grants an ability which has a chance of being triggered by being stuck in combat, making the soldier's foe more likely to concentrate theirs attacks on them. The final of this feat adds an additional chance of moving one rank up the hate list.
Sacrifice 5 8 [Bloody Vengeance] Grants the guardian an ability which enables their group a second chance of increasing the guardian Vengeance counter.
Strike and Guard 5 8 [Intervene] Delivers a powerful blow then increases the guardian's defense for a short time.
Titanic Smash 1 9 [Sacrifice] Delivers a might blow that knocks away all foes around the guardian.
Juggernaut 1 9 - Grants the soldier an ability which makes the guardian an unstoppable hulk for a short time, greatly increasing their damage and invulnerability ratings.

Tempest Edit

This feat tree focuses on the offensive capabilities of the Guardian.

Stormblades 5 1 - When using all of the guardians attacks have a small chance of inflicting additional damage.
Polearm mastery 5 2 - Increases the damage done by polearm weapons.
Revenge 5 2 - Increases the damage inflicted by retaliatory strikes from the guardians guard combos.
Powersweeps 5 3 - Increases the damage inflicted by Flashing Arc combos.
Devastating Sweeps 1 3 [Powersweeps] Increases the critical hit chance of polearm multihit combos.
Bleeding Revenge 5 3 - Improves the guard combo by inflicting a wound that bleeds for a short time.
Stand off 5 4 - When in frenzy stance there is a chance of reducing the likelihood of enemies attacking the guardian.
Disarming Aggression 3 4 - Grants an ability that for a short time increases the damage done by polearm combos, without increasing the chance of drawing the targets ire.
Redoubt 5 4 - When you are hit with a melee attack, you have a 1% chance of increasing your chance of evading attacks for a short time. This bonus can trigger at most 1 time every 30 seconds.
Relentless Assault 1 5 - Reduces the reuse time for all polearm combos.
Impale 1 5 - Grants the guardian a swift ability, they charge their target and inflict a bleeding wound that damages the target for a short time.
Brutal Dulling Blow 1 6 - Increases the critical hit chance of the polearm stamina burn combos.
Combat Mastery 5 6 - Increases the damage inflicted by all the guardians weapons.
Combo Skewer 3 6 [Combat Mastery] Grants the soldier the skewer combo, a powerful polearm attack that impales the target.
Sweep the field 3 6 [Master pikeman] Increases the damage done by the guardians stagger combos.
Master pikeman 5 6 - Increases the damage done by all polearm combos.
Crippling Thrust 3 6 [Master pikeman] Increases the damage done by all the guardians disable combos.


Reposte 5 7 - This quick combo inflicts greatly increased damage if used shortly after you evade an attack.
Hatefull Vengeance 5 7 - Improves the damage bonus received from the vengeance effect.
Eye for an eye 5 8 [Combo Reposte] A permanent ability, any enemy striking the guardian risks the damage from an immediate counterstrike.
Defiance 1 8 - When you are below 50% health, attacks against you have a chance of causing you to regenerate health, this effect can trigger at most once every 10 seconds.
Vengeance is mine 5 8 [Hatefull Vengeance] Your attacks have a chance of increasing your vengeance counter, this effect can happen at most once every 10 seconds.
Lightning Reflexes 1 9 [Eye For an Eye] Improves polearm combos that involves evasion by increasing the chance for the effect to trigger and the amount that the evade skill increases.


Stormstrike 1 9 [Vengeance is mine] Grants the guardian the lightning charged attack combo stormstrike, that batters all nearby and flings them away.
