Drain's mana from the target and shares it with the shaman's team.
Low to Average damage combo but it's quick so makes it a useful combo in PVP. Only 2 direction keys need to be hit.
At lvl 33 it drains 45mana from target and gives this 45man to the entire group.
Apparently scales with level.
