This group-only instance in Tarantia Commons District is accessible from Iron Tower region and offers a lot of challenges for groups of players at level 78-80. Several bosses inside requires specific tactics. Several quests inside come from Ateno the Wine Merchant, Caius the cowardly noble and Crows' and Rats' final questchains. In addition, doing the final quest requiring killing Jovus is necessary step in order to start Muriel's/Watchman's questchains. Mob placement inside requires teams to either have a properly equipped tank on the ready, or be able to CC enemies efficiently. Instance also features rare drops, such as social pet (Puppy), boobytraps and unique tactics to tackle bosses.
Crow's Nest is a popular dungeon because it's short, easy, and there 3 different quests that reward the players with very strong blue accessories that will last untill they're replaced with epics.

Bibaculus
Clear the trash in the area, and start to tank&spank him. After a while he'll run to a barrel and start drinking.
The intended way to defeat Bibaculus is to destroy the barrels before he finishes drinking from them. Bibaculus will become enraged for 20 seconds if he is allowed to drink from the barrels. If he's enraged just kite him around untill it wears off and go back to tank&spank.
Bronco
Bronco is a optional boss, most groups just skip this boss because the loot is not that intresting. The rare female version of this boss called Bronca drop a pet. The pet is often ninjaed by the box opener too, as it's a white item not affected by common loot threshold.
Bronco's(and Bronca) tactic is just tank & spank, but he'll fear the team every 10% of his health, dps must stop damage at this point and allow tanks to regain aggro.
Jovus
Jovus is the final boss in the instance, you'll encounter a decoy Jovus on the way to him while the real Jovus is in a corner downstairs. Clear all the trash mobs in the room. There is a barrel with fans in the room.
The intended tactic for Jovus is for players to pick fans from the barrel, and when Jovus runs to the furnace he will spawn vapor adds, use the fans to kill them. If you do nothing to the adds they will spread out in the room and make Jovus more powerfull (technicly they debuff the players and make Jovus hit them harder.)
The best way is to use the fans while Jovus summons them, and just as they appear, you kill them instant with the fan. If you fail you'll have to run around the room to remove the vapors.
These days however the most used tactic is to have a mage class that AOE the adds the second they spawn. However this is not needed and you can achive the same by just using the fans.
