This spell increases the shaman's life regeneration and places a secondary effect on the target that has a chance of placing a minor healing effect on their attackers.

Further info:

Has a CHANCE of proccing and putting a debuff on your enemy which MIGHT proc again to heal your party members. Rate seems rather low.

Claws of Life @ Lvl 52:

Rank 1, +8 Natural HP regenRank Rank 2: +16.3 Rank 3: +24.8 Rank 4: +33.2 Rank 5: +50

At lvl80 with 5 Feat Points: +89.6

Shamans mostly get this feat for the HP regen which works in and out of combat.
