Belesa is the NPC that gives Priests of Mitra their destiny quests. She is located in the cellar of The Thirsty Dog Inn.

Belesa is mentioned in The Black Stranger. She is a young and beautiful Zingaran noblewoman, niece of Count Valenso and caretaker of the very young Tina.
