Wikia's New Style.

Greeings all.

Wikia are propsing a new styling for wiki skins, this is good and bad in that people will like it, and others won't.

One thing I'll state, this will be an automatic thing for all of wikia's wiki's come Tuesday.

If all users registered and non-registered who are interested in the future of this wiki and it's design and implementation could review Wikia's New Style and post back on the discussion page your thoughts and feelings on this change, this can be used as feedback to Wikia for consideration on design and future updates.

Wikia have update how ads are displayed, for logged in users, the only time you will see these ads is while you are on main page of the wiki, all other pages will not show any ads. While many of you don't have accounts this is one way you can stop them appearing if you want apart from using some sort of Ad Blocker.

In addition to this I have been working on styling a new layout for the main page (and hopefully similar portal style pages) but your feedback is needed. Looking great? Looking shit? Things you would suggest changing? If you wish to view this, please go here for the new layout with the current proposed CSS implemented. In addition to this if you wish to view various pages in the new style and colouring, please copy the following page content MediaWiki:Skin/Newsite.css to your local css file and be sure to press CTRL + F5 to load this new styling to view all pages. You will need to be registered and logged in to view this

I'll admit, I'm not the best coder but if you see something that looks out of place, please report the issue on discussion page for the relevant page, so we can address this and get it fixed in the main styling. We have a lot of views and a growing list of editors, the wiki will continue to grow but your help in making it look more welcoming is going to be greatly appreciated.
