Amalrus

Amalrus was the king of Ophir. He, Strabonus, king of Koth and Tsotha-lanti managed to capture Conan, which disorganized the Aquilonian armies, where the people thought Conan to be dead. Their joint forces then charged the city of Shamar, sieging it with over fourty thousand soldiers. However, while they sieged Shamar, Conan was able to escape, gather an army, and ride for Shamar to help the city. In the battle, Amalrus was killed by the Poitain captain Prospero.
